Josephine Waddington has a diverse range of work experience in the fashion industry. 🚀 Josephine founded and served as the CEO of StyleSwap, where they introduced Resale-as-a-Service and handled all aspects of the business. 🚀 Josephine also worked as a Trend & Concept Manager at The Very Group, responsible for the creative direction of womenswear own brand collections. Prior to that, they held positions as a Vice President at Ikandi Design, RTW London Ltd, and Direct Fashion Sourcing, where they oversaw design processes, built supply chain partnerships, and managed product development for various high street retailers. 🚀 Josephine also worked as a freelance womenswear designer and started their career as an Assistant Designer and Lead Stylist at ASOS.com. Additionally, they have participated in accelerator programs at Founder Institute to further develop their business.
Josephine Waddington attended Founder Institute in 2020-2021, where they studied Business. Prior to that, they completed a 1st Class BA Honours in Multimedia Design (Interactive/ graphics) from Northumbria University from 2001-2004. 🚀 Josephine also attended Downe House School in Berkshire, although the specific dates and field of study are unknown.
