Don Unser serves as President of Thought Leadership at Circana since March 2023 and is a member of the Board of Directors for the Retail Industry Leaders Association (RILA). In addition, Don has been an advisor to the CEO at Stylitics since March 2014, contributing to the company's leadership in inspirational commerce for prominent fashion and home retailers. Prior to these roles, Don was President of Thought Leadership at The NPD Group from July 2009 to March 2023, focusing on retail strategy and consumer trends. Don's extensive experience at Hewlett-Packard spanned from September 2006 to June 2009 as Vice President of Consumer Market Sales, and earlier as Sales Director, leading successful national retailer account teams. Don earned a Master's degree in Business from the University of Tampa and a Bachelor's degree in Finance from the University of Central Florida.
