Gavin Cummings has a wealth of experience in the field of customer success. Gavin started their career in 2002 as a Program Director/ Flight Commander and Lead Program Manager for Base Six Sigma/Process Improvement in the United States Air Force. In 2011, they joined CBRE | Romonet as a Customer Success and Programs Director and Customer Success Project Manager. In 2017, they moved to SilkRoad as a Customer Success, where they were an Expansion Leader and built cross functional partnerships. In 2018, they joined OverOps as Director Customer Success (Acquired), developing the CS program from scratch. In 2019, they took on the role of Director Customer Success at AllCells, where they were responsible for $22M in revenue and 400 Customers. Finally, in 2021, they joined Harness as a Customer Success and in 2022, they joined Styra as a Customer Success.
Gavin Cummings attended the United States Air Force Academy from 2002 to 2006, where they earned a Bachelor's of Science in Business and Management.
