Cass Roulund

Cass Roulund is the People & Talent Lead at Stytch. Prior to this, they were with Heap from January 2018 to May 2021, where they served as People Business Partner & People Operations. Cass was also with WalkMe from January 2017 to December 2018, where they worked as a Recruiter. Other previous positions include Research Associate at the Post-Conflict Research Center and Talent Associate Producer/Office Production Assistant + Freelance Work at A. Smith & Co. Productions.

Cass Roulund has a bachelor's degree in communication from Stanford University, as well as a degree from UC Berkeley Extension. Cass also attended Tesoro High School.

Cass Roulund reports to Reed McGinley-Stempel, Co-Founder & CEO. They are on a team with Julianna Lamb - Co-Founder & CTO, Bingrui Tang - Design Manager, and Pete Prowitt - Head of Revenue.
