Sofia Martinez Luna

Sofia Martinez Luna is a dedicated HR professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and general human resources. Currently serving as a Recruiter and HR Generalist at Kimia since July 2022, Sofia focuses on attracting top talent while also managing broader HR responsibilities. Previously, as HRBP Delivery Leader - Operations at Cielo Talent, Sofia oversaw team performance in recruitment logistics, and also contributed as a Recruitment Specialist in transforming talent acquisition strategies. Earlier roles include a Human Resources Trainee at Diaverum, where supplier selection and policy development were key responsibilities, as well as coordinating training programs in a similar trainee capacity at SKF Group. Sofia began their career as an HR Analyst at Caja de Retiros, Jubilaciones y Pensiones de las Policias de la Provincia de Buenos Aires. Sofia holds degrees in Human Resources Management and Business Administration from UADE and has furthered education at The Berlin School of Economics and Law.
