Ana Zarraga has extensive experience in customer service and project management, currently serving as the Head of Customer Service & Project Leader and Head Of Customer Operations at SUANFARMA since May 2017. Previously, Ana held positions at Huawei as a Senior Project Manager from June 2011 to May 2017, and as an Account/Project Manager at Afianza Telecomunicaciones from February 2004 to December 2010. Ana began a career in telecommunications at Nortel Networks as a Deployment Manager and Team Leader from 2000 to 2003, and as a Data Implementation Engineer. Additionally, Ana worked at Indra as the Responsible of Telecommunication Area in 1999-2000. Ana Zarraga's educational background includes a postgraduate degree in Systems and Communication Networks from the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid, a master's degree in Advanced Transmission and Switching from L&M Data Communications and ICT Electronics, an engineering degree in Electricity and Electronics from Universidad del País Vasco, and a master's degree in International Commerce from Universidad CEU San Pablo.
