Daniel Taitt

Daniel Taitt is an experienced design and engineering professional with a robust background in CAD modeling and manufacturing. Currently serving as a Design Checker at Sub-Zero Group, Inc., Daniel ensures the accuracy and standardization of engineering documentation and models. Prior to this role, Daniel held various positions at Trek Bicycle Corporation for over two decades, culminating in the role of Chief CAD Specialist where advanced 3D modeling and SolidWorks support were primary responsibilities. Daniel's diverse experience includes roles as Prototype Development Technician and Manufacturing Engineering Technician, as well as foundational work in drafting and welding early in the career at companies such as Wisconsin Porcelain and Custom Metals, Inc. Daniel holds an Associates degree in Mechanical Design and a One Year Welding Diploma from Madison Area Technical College.
