Eric Bethard

Eric Bethard, MCPM, CM2P serves as a Change Implementation Leader (CIL) at Sub-Zero Group, Inc. since July 2015, and previously held roles at Trek Bicycle Corporation for over 16 years, including MTB Component Project Manager and Global Product Support Manager. Eric’s experience encompasses managing substantial portfolios, enhancing cross-functional collaboration, and advocating for customer service improvements within product development. Prior to Trek, Eric contributed to customer service and sales at Spacesaver Corporation. Educational credentials include a Certificate in Change Management from IPX - Purdue University, a Master's Certificate in Project Management from the Wisconsin School of Business, and various other qualifications in communications and international trade.
