Eric Gross

Eric Gross is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in manufacturing and management. Currently serving as the Business Unit Leader for Wisconsin Fabrication at Sub-Zero Group, Inc. since September 2013, Eric oversees a team of over 30 union employees in the Fabrication department, emphasizing safety, quality, and productivity. Eric has been instrumental in the development and implementation of a new production system across multiple facilities. Prior roles include a Firefighter for the Village of DeForest, Production Leader at Rockwell Automation managing operations in an Engineer-to-Order (ETO) environment, Store Manager at Furniture Row Companies overseeing daily operations, and Team Coordinator Co-op at Oshkosh Corporation supervising various production lines. Eric holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from the University of Wisconsin–Oshkosh and an Associate's degree in General Studies from the University of Wisconsin-Fond du Lac.
