Ian Scott is currently a Lead Reliability Engineer at Sub-Zero Group, Inc., focusing on the design of a new generation induction product. Ian's engineering career began at John Deere, where roles included Manufacturing Engineer, overseeing production departments, and Test Engineer, responsible for testing vehicles to meet design goals.
