Maddie Shipshock

Maddie Shipshock is a Manufacturing Engineer II at Sub-Zero Group, Inc., with previous experience at Sierra Space, where responsibilities included process ownership for CNC tube bending, tube end forming, and orbital welding, alongside support for upper stage rocket engine and propulsion system development. Additional experience encompasses roles at Rivian, focusing on process flow mapping and efficiency improvements in assembly lines, as well as internships that involved project management for IT installations and root cause analysis for quality concerns. Maddie holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and a Minor in Manufacturing Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Manufacturing Systems Engineering at the same institution.
