Brad Lowe

Brad Lowe has extensive experience in leadership roles within Subaru of Indiana Automotive since July 2007, where contributions include overseeing the launch of redesigned Outback and Legacy models and achieving significant reductions in downtime and defects per vehicle (DPV). As a Group Leader across various lines, Brad has demonstrated expertise in employee coaching, operational efficiency, quality control, and safety standards, resulting in notable accomplishments such as a 50% reduction in waste and first-place finishes in 5s3d competitions in 2018 and 2019. Prior to Subaru, Brad served as a supervisor at Silverstone Landscaping, ensuring effective job training and performance among associates. Educational credentials include attendance at Purdue University, Ivy Tech Community College-Kokomo, and Indiana University of Kokomo.
