Dale Schneidt

Dale Schneidt, PHR, SHRM-CP, serves as the Master Training Specialist at Subaru of Indiana Automotive since October 2000, where responsibilities include course management and development for a Certificate in Advanced Manufacturing for Rapid Reemployment, covering a range of topics such as Lean Manufacturing and KAIZEN. Previously, Dale held the position of Human Resources Specialist, focusing on compensation strategies, recruiting processes, and training program development.
