Jacob Balducci

Jacob Balducci has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as a Human Resources Group Leader for Associate Development at Subaru of Indiana Automotive since August 2013. Prior roles at Subaru include Human Resources Generalist positions in Associate Development and Associate Relations, as well as Production Team Leader and Production Associate. Before Subaru, Jacob worked as a Sales Associate at Family Christian from January 2012 to August 2013, where responsibilities included direct sales and church account management. Jacob holds a Bachelor's degree in Multidisciplinary Technology with a focus on Organizational Leadership and has earned certificates in Human Resources Management and Organizational Leadership from Purdue University.
