Rebekah Dunlap

Rebekah Dunlap, J.D., currently serves as the Manager of Compliance at Subaru of Indiana Automotive since August 2021. Prior to this role, Rebekah held positions at the Western Electricity Coordinating Council as a Senior Enforcement Attorney and Senior Enforcement Analyst from May 2019 to August 2021. Before that, Rebekah worked as a Principal Analyst at the Midcontinent Independent System Operator from February 2015 to May 2019. Rebekah began their career as a Paralegal at REDMAN LUDWIG, P.C. from August 2009 to January 2014. Rebekah earned a Doctor of Law (JD) degree from the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law between 2012 and 2016.
