Stephanie Kopf is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as a Human Resources Generalist for Associate Development at Subaru of Indiana Automotive since November 2020. Prior to this role, Stephanie worked at Target for 15 years, holding various leadership positions including Executive Team Leader in Human Resources and multiple roles in Guest Experience. Stephanie holds a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership & Supervision and an Associate of Science in Organizational Leadership from Purdue University, as well as an Associate of Science in Business Administration-Marketing from Ivy Tech Community College.
