Kristy Arcodia

Kristy Arcodia is an experienced professional in human resources and organizational culture, currently serving as Acting Chief of Staff and Head of People & Culture at SUBCO since April 2025. With a strong foundation in HR, Kristy previously held the position of Head of People & Culture at Soda and worked at Lorna Jane in various HR roles from 2016 to 2022. Early career experiences include positions at Wattsnext, Rio Tinto, Hays, International Students House, and the Queensland Government, where Kristy developed expertise in employee services, recruiting, and client services. Kristy holds a Master of Business Administration from Queensland University of Technology and dual Bachelor’s degrees in Psychology and Business Management from The University of Queensland.
