Madeline Duke

Madeline Duke is a skilled People & Culture Lead with extensive experience in human resources and organizational management. Currently serving at SUBCO since April 2025, Madeline previously led the People & Culture initiatives at Soda from January 2022 to June 2025, contributing to innovative Australian businesses focused on digital infrastructure and sustainability. Prior experience includes working as an Administration Assistant at Cloudscene from November 2018 to January 2022, where operational efficiencies were prioritized in a data-driven marketplace for network services. Madeline holds a Bachelor of Business Management with a focus on Human Resources Management and Marketing, as well as a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Business Management, both from The University of Queensland.
