John Bucci

John Bucci is a seasoned Senior R&D and NPI Program Manager at SubCom, leveraging an engineering background to develop comprehensive project plans and secure stakeholder approvals since June 2021. Prior experience includes roles such as Senior Project/Product Engineer at Paradigm Windows, where John contributed to new product introductions, and Senior Project/Design Engineer at Hussey Seating Company, managing multiple projects and ensuring compliance with codes. With a strong foundation as a Senior Project Engineer at Valmet and Metso Paper, John led significant projects that resulted in substantial cost savings. Earlier positions at Russound and Flextronics focused on mechanical design and manufacturing, further enhancing John's expertise in product development. John holds a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Maine and additional education from the University of New Hampshire.
