Joli Toth

Joli Toth, PMP, is a seasoned program and project manager with extensive experience in the fiber-optic industry and telecommunications. Currently serving as a Sr. Program Manager in New Product Development at SubCom since March 2016, Joli leads the development of undersea fiber-optic cable programs from concept to manufacture. Previous roles include Director of Business Development at Premier Security & Electronics, Inc., and various positions at Telos Corporation, where Joli managed operations, quality assurance, and engineering projects related to Department of Defense systems. Joli's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Rutgers University and a Master’s in Business Administration from Monmouth University.
