Kayla Salas, SHRM-CP, is an experienced Human Resources professional with a comprehensive background in managing HR functions across diverse industries. Currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at SubCom since May 2022, Kayla leads an HR team that supports over 500 employees globally in Marine Operations, Corporate, and Engineering, while aligning HR strategies with business objectives. Prior roles include Senior Human Resources Business Partner at SubCom, Human Resources Generalist at Dutch Ophthalmic USA, and Owner and Creator at Logan M Styles, where Kayla designed and produced handmade accessories for children. Additional experience encompasses HR consulting and various roles in HR generalist positions at Engineered Materials Solutions, Guardian Industries, and State Street, where responsibilities included leave administration, recruitment, benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws.
