Michael Beining

Michael Beining is an experienced professional in safety, compliance, and environmental management, currently serving as the EHS Competency Assurance Coordinator at TE SubCom since January 2017. Prior experience includes roles at HMMS as Marine Safety and US Compliance from November 2009 to January 2017, and as a US Marine Inspector/Compliance Manager with the U.S. Coast Guard from July 2004 to September 2012, overseeing vessel inspection teams. Additional experience includes serving as Director of Safety, Security and Environmental Compliance at McAllister Towing from July 2007 to October 2009, where responsibilities included managing safety and environmental policies. Educational credentials include a Master of Science in Quality Systems Management from The National Graduate School of Quality Management and a Bachelor of Science in Marine Safety and Environmental Protection from Massachusetts Maritime Academy.
