Neal Quigley

Neal Quigley is a seasoned telecommunications professional with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Currently serving as a Senior Optical Transmission Test Engineer at SubCom since March 2024, Quigley previously held positions including System Engineer at DZS, and Manager of Support Operations at Tejas Networks, where responsibilities included managing and implementing complex network projects across North America. With a strong foundation established at Ciena as a Senior Systems Engineer, Quigley provided technical solutions to major accounts. Earlier roles include Senior Engineer at Valor Telecom, Director of Engineering at BalsamWest FiberNET, and Manager of Optical and IP Networks at the Education & Research Consortium of the Western Carolinas.
