Jesper Roested

Jesper Roested has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies.

Jesper started their career at Roested Partners Aps in 2009 as the Owner, where they provided management and business development consulting services within the pharma/medtech industry. Jesper also worked as a Full-time consultant for MC2 Biotek from October 2009 to June 2010.

In 2011, they joined VF Venture, Vækstfonden as an Investment Director and later became a Partner in April 2014. Jesper held these positions until August 2018.

During their tenure at VF Venture, Jesper also served as a Member of the Board for ExpreS2ion Biotechnologies from June 2011 to November 2015. Jesper contributed to the company's growth and its listing on Nasdaq First North, Stockholm, in 2016.

In 2013, Jesper took up positions as a Member of the Board for Nanovi A/S, Operator Systems, CodeSealer ApS, and Capevo A/S. Jesper held these roles until August 2018, except for Capevo A/S where they served until December 2014 when the company was acquired by KMD A/S.

From 2015 to 2018, Jesper also served as a Member of the Board for OBI Medical, a company focused on medical innovations.

Lastly, Jesper is currently working at Subcuject ApS, where they began as a Member of the Board of Directors in February 2017. In August 2018, they took on the role of CEO, leading the company in its operations and growth.

Jesper Roested completed their Bachelor of Science in Electronics (B.SC.EE) from Copenhagen Engineering College, Københavns Teknikum, from 1988 to 1991. Jesper then pursued an MSc in Medical Physics and Electronics at St. Bartholomew's Hospital Medical College, University of London, from 1991 to 1992. In 2005, Jesper Roested participated in an internal McKinsey business program called Mini MBA at McKinsey & Co.
