Rifat Oguz

Rifat Oguz has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Rifat co-founded SubGen in 2020 and served as a Co-Founder. Prior to that, they were the Founder and CEO of Sinemia from 2015 to 2019. Rifat worked at Turkcell from 2013 to 2015, where they held roles in New Business Development and User Experience. Before that, they worked at Garanti BBVA from 2010 to 2013, starting as a Management Trainee and later taking on roles in Business Intelligence and Strategic Marketing. Rifat was recognized as a Distinguished Employee of the Year for two consecutive years at Garanti BBVA. Rifat also has experience from their time at Coca-Cola Bottlers in 2009 as a Senior Project and at Turkcell in 2009 as an Engineering Intern. Rifat began their career as a Production Planning Intern at Eczacibasi in 2008.

Rifat Oguz attended Bilkent University from 2006 to 2010, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Engineering.
