Alena Anderson has a diverse work experience spanning over 16 years. Alena is currently working as the Sr. Director of Digital Strategy at Subject Matter since September 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a Digital Strategy Consultant at Alena C Anderson LLC, starting in April 2019.

From August 2015 to April 2019, Alena served as the Director of Digital Strategy at DCI Group, where they provided leadership to the digital team and offered strategic digital counsel to clients.
