Chelsea Ricks, SHRM-CP, has cultivated a robust professional background, primarily in administrative support, human resources, and operational roles. Currently serving as an Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer at Subject Matter since February 2019, Chelsea's experience includes positions as a Human Resources & Employee Programs Associate and Operations Associate within the same company. Prior to this, Chelsea held a supervisory role at Bath & Body Works, overseeing a high-performing store and contributing significantly to sales growth. Experience also includes a lead position at Forever 21, and various roles in customer service and administrative support across multiple industries, including legal and marketing.
