Howard Monteith

Howard Monteith currently serves as a Member of EO Charlotte since August 2024. Monteith has been a Partner at BAAS Construction, LLC since January 2020, contributing to a premier residential building firm known for high-quality custom homes and renovations. Previously, Monteith held the position of Managing Partner at ERX - Emergency Restoration Xperts from 2015 to 2019, overseeing operations, human resources, and customer experience. Monteith also served as a Partner at BAAS Construction, LLC from January 2005 to December 2014.
