Mathias Ferber

Mathias Ferber has a strong background in process engineering and research. Mathias is currently working as a Senior Process Engineer at Sublime Systems since 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Technip Energies from 2019 to 2022 as a Senior Scientist / Process Engineer, where they focused on developing and optimizing process technology, designing and operating pilot plants, and running catalyst testing projects. From 2013 to 2019, they worked at TechnipFMC as a Process Engineer, where they completed process design packages, prepared diagrams and supporting material, and designed key equipment. In 2009, they worked at the Laboratory for Laser Energetics as a Materials Research Assistant, where they performed mechanical analysis and conducted experiments on materials at cryogenic temperatures. In addition, they also served as a Senior Design Teaching Assistant and UR Biodiesel Lab Manager during their time at the laboratory. Prior to this, in 2010, they worked as a Research Assistant at Ruhr-Universität Bochum, focusing on experimental testing on ammonia and carbon dioxide absorption. In 2008, they worked briefly as a Translator at Arbre Aventure.

Mathias Ferber received a high school diploma from Boys Latin School of Maryland in 2008. Mathias then went on to attend the University of Rochester, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from 2008 to 2012. Following that, they pursued further education at the University of Rochester and obtained a Master's degree in Chemical Engineering from 2012 to 2013. In terms of additional certifications, Mathias Ferber holds an E.I.T certification, but no further information is provided regarding the institution or time of obtaining.
