Silvia Panicello

Silvia Panicello Oriols is a seasoned Global Talent Acquisition Partner with extensive experience across various regions, including the US, APAC, and EMEA. Currently at Submer since June 2023, Silvia specializes in identifying and selecting top talent through innovative recruitment strategies and managing the complete selection process. Previously, at AMS from July 2021 to June 2023, Silvia handled end-to-end recruitment processes for Roche and Novartis, while supporting Hiring Managers in their talent acquisition needs. Silvia has also worked as a Psychologist at Amavir in 2020 and has held roles in talent acquisition at Grupo Epos RRHH and EUROFIRMS. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in General Sanitary Psychology and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Universitat de Vic – Universitat Central de Catalunya, as well as various technical certifications.
