Joseph Redfern

Joseph Redfern began their career in 2011 as a Research Assistant for the US Forest Service. In 2013, they became a Business Analyst at Community Medical Center. Joseph then moved to HuHot Mongolian Grill in 2014 as an IT Specialist. In 2016, they joined Advanced Technology Group (atg) as a Senior Consultant, providing solutions in areas such as strategy and assessment, Quote to Cash (Q2C) Assessments, and Accelerated RFP for Q2C Applications. In 2022, Joseph Redfern became the Manager, Senior Salesforce Administrator for Submittable.

Joseph Redfern obtained a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems & Marketing Management from The University of Montana - College of Business between 2007 and 2012. Joseph also holds several certifications, including Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant (2018), Salesforce CPQ Specialist (2017), Salesforce Certified Administrator (2017), and Salesforce App Builder (2017).
