Lee Tiong Soon has worked in Human Resources for 8 years. Lee began their career in 2014 as a Recruiter with ASK Resources. In 2016, they joined Cuckoo International Malaysia, where they held the roles of Human Resources Assistant, Human Resources Executive, Senior Human Resources Executive, and Assistant HR & Admin Manager. In 2022, they began their current role as HR Manager and Assistant HR Manager with SUBPLACE.

Lee Tiong Soon obtained a Bachelor of Corporate Administration in Business Administration and Management, General from Tunku Abdul Rahman University College (TARC) between 2011 and 2015.
