Andrew Hayward

Andrew Hayward is an experienced professional in ethics and compliance, currently serving as the Chief Ethics and Compliance Officer at Subsea 7 since January 2014. Prior to this role, Andrew held various positions, including Head of Ethics and Compliance at Balfour Beatty Plc and Chief Counsel for Global Compliance at AstraZeneca. Andrew also co-authored "The Business Guide to Effective Compliance and Ethics" with Tony Osborn. Early in the career, Andrew worked as a solicitor at notable firms such as Clyde & Co LLP and Clifford Chance, and held an associate position at Addleshaw Goddard.
