Bianca Soares

Bianca Soares is an experienced legal professional with a significant background in compliance and corporate law. Currently serving as the Legal Director and Compliance Officer at Subsea 7 since May 2018, Bianca previously held the position of Senior Legal Consultant and Compliance Officer at the same company from September 2013 to 2018. Before that, Bianca worked at Pinheiro Neto, progressing from Intern/Trainee to Associate and Senior Associate over a decade from June 2003 to September 2013. Bianca holds a Master's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Business Law from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas (2009-2010) and a Bachelor's degree in Law from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro (2001-2005).
