Bogdan Mihalache

Bogdan Mihalache has extensive experience in the maritime field, currently serving as the Chief Electrician - Marine & Equipment at Subsea 7 since October 2008. Responsibilities include performing electrical and electronic service for Kongsberg DPC22 and Kpos dynamic positioning systems as well as HiPAP 501 hydro acoustic positioning systems, alongside expertise in Wartsila, Lips, Rolls-Royce thrusters, and various control systems. Previously, Bogdan held the position of Chief Electrician at Costamare Shipping from January 2000 to August 2008. Educationally, Bogdan graduated with a five-year college degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the Merchant Marine Academy in Constanta, Romania, from 1988 to 1993.
