Frederico Nicoletti

Frederico Nicoletti is a seasoned Senior Engineering Manager at Subsea 7 since April 2007, specializing in umbilicals and controls with a focus on technical leadership and project management. Key achievements include successful delivery of major projects such as the Equinor Bacalhau and Shell BC10-Phase 3, where significant cost and schedule efficiencies were realized. Nicoletti has played a pivotal role in the development of TCP products, contributed to international subsea production standards, and enhanced engineering processes in Brazil. Prior experience includes leadership positions at Oceaneering, KBR, and Technip, where expertise in product development, testing, and operational management was demonstrated. Frederico holds a Mechanical Engineer degree from Universidade Federal do Espírito Santo and a Mechanical Technician diploma from Ifes - Instituto Federal do Espírito Santo.
