Ivan Montoro

Ivan Montoro is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in talent management and development. Currently serving as the HR Manager for Mexico and HR Business Partner for the US at Subsea 7 since March 2015, Ivan focuses on innovative strategies for talent retention and attraction aligned with business objectives. Previous roles include HR Manager and Learning and Development Coordinator, where Ivan designed internal human skills courses and managed performance evaluations. At MisterTennis, Ivan worked as a Coach and Trainer, developing training programs for retail sales personnel.
