Lucas Martins

Lucas Martins is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in the subsea industry, currently serving as the Engineering Coordinator at Subsea7 since September 2021. In this role, Lucas leads a multidisciplinary engineering team, overseeing the development of installation philosophies, procedures, and risk assessments. Prior to this, Lucas held multiple engineering and supervisory positions at Subsea7 from 2010 to 2021, contributing to significant projects involving ROV operations for flexible pipe installations. Earlier experience includes roles at Baker Hughes and MI Swaco, focusing on equipment operation and maintenance. Lucas holds a Civil Engineering degree from Estácio and a postgraduate specialization in Engineering Management from PUC Minas, complemented by a technical diploma in Mechanical Engineering from CEFET-MG.
