Skylar McWilliams

Sky McWilliams serves as the Head of People at Autonomys since April 2022, previously holding the position of Director of People at airCFO from September 2019 to February 2022. In that role, Sky established the People function, implementing remote work policies, innovative compensation structures, and talent acquisition strategies in a startup environment. Prior experience includes serving as People Operations Manager at Protocol Labs from April 2016 to April 2019, where Sky scaled the organization and built onboarding protocols while ensuring compliance across international jurisdictions. Additional experience includes consulting for Zcash Community Grants in 2017. Sky holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and a Human Resource Certification from The University of Texas at Austin, along with further education from Cornell University.
