Todd has also worked as an Independent Consultant and as the Chief Operating Officer, Chief Technology Officer and Executive Vice President at Ruane, Cunniff & Goldfarb. Todd has also served as a Vice President at Paine Webber (Mitchell Hutchins Asset Management).

Todd has over 20 years of experience in asset management, trading, technology, compliance and general office administration. Todd has been instrumental in expanding the firm's global ops and trading presence in the European, Asian and Latin American markets.

Todd is a blockchain and cryptocurrency authority and has been working in the space for over 4 years. Todd is head of compliance for Subspace Labs and is responsible for the Subspace Network, an incentive-compatible Proof-of-Capacity blockchain that allows anyone to participate in consensus without buying special hardware, burning electricity, or purchasing a coin. The storage-intensive farming in the network enables the network to scale without sacrificing security or decentralization.

Todd Ruoff graduated from the University of Massachusetts with a B.S. in Information Technology & Finance, Summa Cum Laude. Todd'sfield is investment technology and the securities industry. Todd also has a SIE (Securities Industry Essentials) from FINRA (Financial Industry Regulatory Authority) and is a Series 55 - Equity Trader and Series 63 - Uniform State Agent from the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA).
