Kaushik Surendran is a seasoned leader with over 15 years of experience in building and leading global teams across various fields including technical product management, analytics, and program management. Currently, Kaushik serves as the Head of Standards & Enforcement at Substack, while previously leading the Messaging Integrity team at Meta, where they implemented trust and safety solutions and developed advanced machine learning models. Kaushik has also held key positions at Cisco, Facebook, and HCL America, contributing significantly to analytics solutions and operational excellence. They possess an Executive MBA with distinction from the McCombs School of Business and a graduate degree in Industrial Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology.
