Samantha Storey is a seasoned editorial leader with extensive experience in managing and producing high-quality journalism across various platforms. Since November 2023, Samantha has served as the Managing Editor at The Trace, overseeing the editorial calendar and a team focused on news reporting. Prior experience includes roles as an Editor for Substack's "Story Club," and as an Executive Producer at AT WILL MEDIA, where Samantha led successful non-fiction podcasts like The Big Flop. At Bloomberg News, Samantha excelled as both an Executive Producer and Host for award-winning investigative series, highlighting expertise in producing compelling narratives. With a strong background in journalism education as a Lecturer at The New School and a previous role as Senior Enterprise Editor at The Huffington Post, Samantha has a proven track record in editorial leadership, team management, and impactful storytelling. Samantha holds a BA in English and Philosophy from Boston College.
