Baruchi Har-Lev

Baruchi Har-Lev is the Co-Founder and CTO of Substrata. Baruchi was previously a consultant for data science and speech processing at the Office of the Prime Minister of Israel from March 2020 to September 2020. Before that, they were a consultant for data science at PlainID - The Authorization Company from January 2019 to August 2020. From October 2015 to September 2017, they were a lecturer for digital signal processing at Afeka Tel Aviv Academic College of Engineering. Baruchi has also served as a board member for Tomobox and as a speech processing and NLU engineer for Semantic Interfaces from February 2013 to March 2014. Additionally, they were a research engineer for Afeka Center for Language Processing from September 2009 to January 2013 and QA engineer for Corrigent Systems from July 2008 to September 2009.

Baruchi Har-Lev has a M.Sc in Digital Signal Processing from Rutgers University and a B.Sc in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Afeka Tel Aviv Academic College of Engineering.
