Subtext is an integrated real estate development company that creates innovative solutions for students and young professionals to live, thrive, and connect. Before we were Subtext, we were Collegiate Development Group. As a student housing developer, we quickly discovered a broader, unmet need: a new model of housing that serves students and young professionals whose economic, social, and emotional needs aren’t met by conventional student and multifamily development. From site selection through construction, our focus on innovation and community building creates thriving spaces where residents can grow and connect.
