Andrew Rybczynski

Andrew Rybczynski is a seasoned professional in the commercial real estate sector, currently serving as the Director of Research and Strategy at Subtext since June 2023. Prior to this role, Andrew held various leadership positions at CoStar Advisory Services from May 2014 to April 2023, including Managing Director and Principal Consultant, where responsibilities included managing high-value client portfolios and leading a team of consultants to provide market intelligence. Andrew's earlier career includes roles at CoStar Group as a Real Estate Analyst and Research Associate II, as well as teaching SAT prep at Revolution Prep and internships at the Food and Drug Administration and the University of Maryland. Andrew holds a B.S. in Geographical Sciences from the University of Maryland and advanced degrees in Real Estate Finance and Data Analytics from Boston University Metropolitan College.
