Jeremy Lyman

Jeremy Lyman serves as Partner & Executive Vice President of Capital Markets at Subtext since May 2025, following a significant tenure at Cottonwood Residential from April 2014 to May 2025 as Senior Vice President of Capital Markets. In that role, Jeremy was responsible for marketing and distributing multifamily offerings while collaborating with financial advisors, RIAs, family offices, and high-net-worth individuals to meet investment goals in key markets including San Francisco, Seattle, Denver, Chicago, New York, and Philadelphia. Prior experience includes various leadership positions at Handgards INC, where roles ranged from Vice President of Sales to Midwest Territory Manager, enhancing national sales performance and regional management. Jeremy holds a B.S. in Exercise and Sports Science from the University of Utah (1999-2003).
