SVP Sales and Business Development at Subtonomy

Mikael af Ugglas has a diverse work experience in sales and business development in the telecommunications industry. Mikael started their career as a Product Manager at Siemens, where they were responsible for customer interface and product presentations for core-related products. Mikael then moved on to become the Manager of Technical Sales in Sweden, leading a team of 12 specialists and network planners. Mikael later took on the role of Manager of Product Sales Core Group Nordic/Baltic, where they were responsible for a team of 10 specialists and network planners located in Nordic countries and Germany.

Af Ugglas then joined Symsoft, where they held various roles including Solution Manager, Account Manager for Europe/Asia, and Sales Director and Channel Management. In these roles, they were responsible for major accounts and developing close relationships to exceed sales targets.

After Symsoft, af Ugglas joined Huawei Technologies as a Senior Account Manager, where they managed the overall relationship with Huawei's largest customer in Sweden. Mikael'stasks included developing and executing an account strategy, building relationships with senior customer executives, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Currently, they are working as the SVP of Sales and Business Development at Subtonomy, where they utilize their previous experience to drive sales and business growth.
