Donna Beauchamp

Donna Beauchamp is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in both sports instruction and customer service. Currently serving as a Learn to Skate Instructor at Suburban Sports Group, Donna teaches skating and hockey to diverse age groups. In addition, Donna has held multiple roles at AAA-The Auto Club Group since 2017, including Sales Support Specialist II and Insurance Product Specialist, focusing on customer service and claims assistance. Previously, Donna gained valuable experience as a Licensed Sales Agent at Allstate, where the focus was on helping clients find optimal insurance solutions. Donna's career also includes significant management and training experience at Panera Bread, where an Area Training Manager role contributed to the café achieving the highest training level. An early internship in Human Resources at Henry Ford Health System solidified Donna's foundation in the field, complemented by a degree in Human Resource Development from Oakland University.
