Kyle Callahan is a seasoned professional in the fitness and athletic training industry with extensive experience as a Regional Manager at F45 Training since January 2020. Concurrently, Callahan serves as a Trainer at Grand Rapids Fit Body Boot Camp NE and has been the Varsity & Prep Ice Hockey Strength and Conditioning Coach at Plymouth High School, focusing on developing strength and conditioning programs for high school athletes. Additional roles include Hockey Instructor at Puckmasters Hockey Training and Suburban Sports Group, as well as Assistant Coach at Plymouth Prep Ice Hockey, where effective communication and skill development are emphasized. Callahan's career began with a Strength and Conditioning Internship at Barwis Methods.
