Bryan Hooper

Bryan Hooper is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in digital transformation and infrastructure management within the hospitality sector. Currently serving as Vice President of Digital and Consumer Technology at Subway, Bryan previously held the position of Vice President of Digital Experience at Cracker Barrel, where a comprehensive Digital Hospitality roadmap was developed, resulting in significant improvements in customer engagement and operational efficiency. Bryan's leadership experience at Bloomin' Brands, Inc. included roles focused on IT restaurant operations and enterprise architecture, where major initiatives such as the SMART Back-of-House program and modernization of payment systems were executed. Prior experience includes positions as Chief Architect for Domino’s Pulse and as a Senior Software Engineer, showcasing a strong background in software development and systems integration. Bryan holds degrees in Computer Information Systems and Accounting from Cameron University.
